July General Meeting

Dear All

As I’m sure you will have worked out we are going to have to cancel our July 7th General Meeting. Our next General Meeting will be on Tuesday the 3rd of November, hopefully, we will be able to go ahead with this one. We’ve asked Mark Trigwell the FBC Countryside Warden, who was going to update us on how plans for the Abbey Meadows Park were advancing, to move his presentation to that date.

Just to let you know that even though some things seem to have slowed to almost a standstill we have moved forward on putting together our planning application for the Parish Room roof along with 4 applications for grants to help fund the work. To be frank, it’s something of a logistical nightmare with grants, planning, and the new lease all having to come together in the right order each dependant on the other. Timing, as the government keeps telling us, is everything but at least the draft copies are coming together.

The Parish Room remains in ‘lockdown’ until at least July 4th

The Village continues to step up to the plate as a community in all kinds of ways and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all those helping Titchfield through these difficult times.

Look forward to seeing you all in November.

Dates for Your Diary

All our meetings are open to anyone who lives in the village, however you have to be a paid up member if you want to vote.

All meetings are held in the Parish Rooms

Details of meeting content and our speaker will be available nearer the time on our Home page
