How TVT Grants Support Community Projects

At the Titchfield Village Trust (TVT), our mission is to enhance the vibrancy and unity of our community. One of the ways we achieve this is through our small grants scheme, designed to kickstart projects that offer tangible benefits to Titchfield residents. Each year, the village green transforms into a festive haven, thanks in part to our annual contribution of £200 towards the Christmas Tree on the Green. This tradition not only brightens the holiday season but also serves as a gathering point for residents, strengthening communal bonds.

Supporting Youth Engagement

Recognizing the importance of providing safe and enriching environments for our younger residents, we consistently allocate £200 annually to the Oasis Youth Club for kitchen refurbishments. This investment ensures that the youth club remains a welcoming space where young people can engage in positive activities and foster friendships.

Blooming Beautification Efforts

Our commitment to enhancing the aesthetic appeal of Titchfield is evident through our support of the 'Titchfield in Bloom' initiative. With a grant of £350, we've contributed to the planting of vibrant flowers and greenery, making our village streets more inviting and picturesque.

Promoting Sustainable Transportation

To encourage eco-friendly transportation options, we provided a £150 grant for the installation of a cycle rack at the Community Centre. This addition promotes cycling as a convenient and healthy mode of transport, aligning with our goals of sustainability and well-being.

Revitalising the Village Green

The Village Green holds a special place in the hearts of Titchfield residents. To maintain its charm, we've allocated £200 towards re-planting efforts, ensuring it remains a lush and enjoyable space for all.
